LinkedIn esce dalla rete – case study della collaborazione con LinkedIn Local

Caso di studio

Still think LinkedIn is just for posts about turning everyday struggles into B2B wins? On March 13, 2025, something happened in Wrocław that challenged that view. The city’s first-ever LinkedIn Local brought together over a hundred people who chose real conversations over scrolling – no filters, no reach, no algorithms. And us? We partnered with the event! Take a look behind the scenes of our collaboration and see how to make a great offline impression.

LinkedIn goes offline – event marketing in Wrocław

LinkedIn Local is a global format. In 2025, it made its debut in Wrocław. The event took place at WSB Merito University and gathered over 100 participants – entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, and people who simply value face-to-face conversations more than notifications.

The event was organized by Monika Lipowska and Arek Cempura. Their goal was simple yet powerful: to create space for conversations that happen beyond screens. Because at LinkedIn Local, all you need is good energy, coffee, and a few thought-provoking topics.

The event had its own rhythm. It started with talks – concrete, relatable, and refreshingly free of motivational slide decks. Then came the networking, the very heart of every Local. Finally, the Wrocław-based improv group Chłopacy Impro took the stage, lightening the mood and showing that business doesn’t always have to be serious.

Behind the partnership: building a space that brings people together

It all started with one message on LinkedIn. A few days later, we were on a call with Monika Lipowska. After a quick meeting, we knew we wanted to collaborate. The next step was an on-site visit. Our marketing experts – Wiktoria Budziar, Zuzanna Sroka, and Ewa Piechowiak – visited the WSB Merito campus.

Site visits are always our starting point. They help us understand the layout, the mood, and the organizers' vision. That’s when the first ideas are born – often the ones that stay with us through the entire project. This was one of those cases.

Our shared goal was to design a space that felt natural – one that encouraged people to connect, chat, and take the first step toward real cooperation.

From sketches to real space – adsystem’s approach to event design

Once we had clarity from the site visit, we moved to the design phase. We created visual mock-ups with event branding, applied logos, and adapted our systems to the room layout. Within days, we presented Monika and Arek with a preview of the final setup. Their reaction? “We’re in.”

The process was smooth – the kind of project every design team dreams of: full trust, quick decisions.

Our approach was simple: well-designed branding shouldn’t overwhelm the space – it should help people feel comfortable. The systems we provided for LinkedIn Local were meant to help participants navigate the event, take a breather, catch the eye, and never feel lost.

Lessons from Wrocław: what we learned as event partners

We took home much more than just nice photos. First and foremost – this was a meaningful collaboration, where decisions were made fast because everyone was working toward the same goal.

We also gained valuable insight from simply observing the attendees – how they moved through the space, where they lingered, what caught their eye. That kind of experience is priceless.

And of course, our team. When one group leads the project from the first message to final setup, nothing gets lost in translation. Zuza, Wika, and Ewa had full visibility and stayed on top of every detail. That’s why everything ran smoothly. And that’s exactly why we love working together.

And this is just the beginning – what’s next for offline marketing and LinkedIn Local?

The first edition of LinkedIn Local Wrocław was just the beginning. The next one is already planned for May in Opole. If this trend of offline relationships keeps growing, we’re in for some great conversations. And we’re all for it.

At adsystem, we’re ready. We’ve got systems that make people feel welcome. We’ve got a team that thrives under pressure. And we know that a well-designed space can make all the difference.

Because offline doesn’t have to be boring. It can be well-lit, inviting, and full of purpose – just like LinkedIn Local.
