Are you facing your first trade show and feeling unsure how to handle it? We get it – the more solutions you see, the more overwhelming it becomes. That’s normal. It’s easy to get lost among options, especially when products differ only in details. Luckily, we know what we’re doing. We’ll show you what to order to start with and how to create a base you can easily expand later on.

Step 1: Define your needs, budget, and goal

Before adding anything to your cart, take a moment and ask yourself a few simple questions. Why are you attending the trade show? Are you mainly aiming to build new contacts, sell as many products as possible, or boost your brand image? Defining your goal will help you make better choices.

Once you know why you’re attending a particular event, think about the space and budget. A small area doesn’t mean fewer opportunities, but it does require a more thoughtful selection of elements. It’s better to focus on a few cohesive products than to fill the booth with random extras. If you have a larger space, you can go for a more extensive setup, but the rule remains the same – everything should form a harmonious whole.

Don’t try to buy everything at once. A solid base is enough for a start – something that looks professional and naturally attracts visitors. You can expand this set later with additional elements. This way, you avoid unnecessary expenses and ensure your booth grows along with your business.

Your goal, budget, and available space are your starting point. In a small area, less is more. Instead of hunting for lots of extras, focus on a cohesive and well-thought-out starter set.

Step 2: Looking for inspiration? Check out the Applications section

If you don’t have a clear vision for your booth yet, or you simply want to see how products look in real-life settings, visit the Applications tab. It’s a great place to start when you need ideas or visual support for decision-making.

In Applications, you’ll find various types of events – from trade shows and conferences to corporate events and outdoor happenings. Each section contains photos of our projects, showing how specific systems look in space and how they work in different configurations.

This will easily inspire you and give you a real sense of how selected elements perform in practice. You don’t have to imagine everything – you have examples at hand that make decision-making easier. Below each photo gallery, you’ll find a carousel of recommended products used in that arrangement. This allows you to quickly build a similar set tailored to your needs.

Step 3: Start with essential products

Once you have a general vision and some inspiration, it’s time to move on to concrete solutions. For starters, it’s best to choose products that form a solid base – ones that both showcase your brand and help organize space and interactions with visitors. And they don’t cost a fortune!

You’ll need a roll-up banner or a display wall to begin with. A roll-up is a well-known classic – a retractable banner that provides a backdrop for conversations with customers. A display wall serves a similar function. It acts like stage scenery: visually tying the booth together and catching the eye from afar. It’s a lightweight structure made of aluminum tubes that connect tool-free – with a click, like a snap & lock system. A printed fabric cover fits over the frame like a pillowcase. And the print? You choose it yourself – logo, graphics, or product photos.

Which display wall should you choose first? We recommend the Vario Presto Light. It has a similar format to a roll-up but makes a much better impression. The textile print gives a premium effect, and the structure is lighter and easier to handle. When packed, it fits into a soft bag you can easily toss into your car trunk.

You should also add a promotional counter – a place where you talk to customers, present your offer, and distribute materials. This piece of furniture organizes the space and naturally directs visitor traffic. It stands at the front of the booth, acting as a first contact point – that’s where conversations start, and samples, catalogs, and flyers land.

The Tube Oval counter is perfect for a start – lightweight, handy, and ready to go without tools. Its aluminum tube frame is simple to assemble, and the textile graphic wraps around the structure, creating a cohesive look with the rest of the booth. There’s a zipper at the back of the counter, allowing you to store bags or catalogs inside. The whole setup looks neat and light – no excess form, just functionality.

Thinking of something extra? Go for an LED lightbox. This is a product from the “wow effect” category – it lights up, so it’s impossible to miss. You can use it instead of a wall or right next to it, as a glowing centerpiece. In a large hall full of booths, such an accent really makes an impact. Best of all – it doesn’t require any extra effort. The lightbox assembles tool-free in minutes, just like a wall. Afterwards, it all packs into a bag and fits easily in your car.

Jednostronny kaseton tekstylny adFrame Quick 2.0 o wymiarach 85x200 cm, przeznaczony do szybkiej i efektownej prezentacji marki podczas eventów i targów.

For starters, we recommend the Quick 2.0 lightbox. It’s a sturdy aluminum frame construction with LEDs mounted directly on the structure for even lighting. All wiring is hidden inside the frame, so the only thing visible outside is a single power cord. The Quick 2.0 also features a clever solution: magnets embedded in the frame that allow you to connect multiple lightboxes. This way, when you expand your booth in the future, you can combine two or three panels to create a large, seamless display.

Step 4: Ensure mobility and reusability of the set

Your first booth is an investment that should serve you well beyond a single event. That’s why it’s essential to think about mobility and reusability right from the start. Lightweight structures in transport bags are a must – easy to fit in a trunk, carry into the venue, and set up without a technical crew.

Textile walls, counters, and LED lightboxes come with replaceable graphics, so you don’t need to buy new structures for every event. Just prepare a new print for the next show, and you’re good to go – saving both time and budget.

This way, your booth grows along with your business. Today, it fits in one car and is enough for a small hall, and next year – after adding a few modules and new graphics – it’ll be ready for larger events.

Step 5: Configure products to fit your brand

Got your products selected? Great. Now it’s time to make them truly look like your booth, not just a random set from the internet. Every product in our store can be tailored to your needs – you choose the variant, size, and type of print.

At this stage, it’s worth thinking about consistent visual identity. Logo in a visible spot, colors matching your brand, clear slogans. If all booth elements visually work together, the entire setup immediately looks professional and attracts visitor attention.

And that’s it – once you’ve selected the graphics and placed your order, your booth goes into production. Soon, you’ll be ready to shine at your first trade show.
